I miss ours ...I'm glad you got a doggie Rachel. I miss ours so so soooo much! Yes they can be a lot of work but it is so worth it! When we first got Bobo he wasn't a puppy (I think he might have been a year or two old), and used to do naughty things like chew our toys and bark constantly and run around all crazy, but eventually he grew out of it, and my entire family loved him so much. We all look back at how he used to be and laugh about it.. If you are finding it too much I'm not saying you have to keep him, but that he will get better! Even thinking about Bobo now I miss him so much..
